Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time: Delivery takes 3-5 days across Pakistan. Timing can vary slightly with your location and courier conditions.

Shipping charges: Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum order value.

Cash on Delivery: Cash on Delivery is available nationwide. We put a lot of effort and money into delivering your order, so please accept it at your doorstep. If you have any request, confusion or urgency, please contact us on WhatsApp first.

Order tracking: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details by WhatsApp, email or SMS so you can follow your parcel.

Delays: We work hard to meet the delivery time. Unforeseen events such as weather, strikes or courier issues can cause delays, and we will keep you informed.

Address accuracy: Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
